In 2004, Richard and Katherine Snaith purchased a local used kitchen supply store, aiming to transform the business into a full-service commercial kitchen design and supply warehouse. By 2006, the fourth-generation White River Junction business owner and his wife had turned the New England Kitchen Depot into a leading local company, providing foodservice and kitchen equipment paired with outstanding customer service to the Upper Valley region and beyond.
