3. Customer Satisfaction Statement

Our Return Policy is as follows:

1. Smallwares:  If you are not fully satisfied with your smallwares purchase, return your unused product along with the original receipt, to the store within 15 days for a full refund in the method of payment originally provided.  We reserve the right to issue a check for cash amounts over $25.00.
2. New Equipment:  New mid-sized and large equipment may be returned unused within 15 days for store credit.
3. Used Equipment:  Items purchased “New” may be returned as “Used” equipment only as agreed upon by management.  Items purchased “Used” may be returned within 7 days for store credit.  Please see your salesperson.
4. General Guidelines:  New England Kitchen Depot reserves the right to refuse any return based on own discretion.  Special Order items may be subject to a restocking fee, and/or may not be returnable.

4. Limitations

In no event shall New England Kitchen Depot or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on New England Kitchen Depot’s Internet site, even if New England Kitchen Depot or a New England Kitchen Depot authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errata
